- There are no express warranties. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".
- All sales are FOB Seller's location, and Buyer assumes risk of loss upon consignment of property to a common carrier or to the Buyer(s') or agent.
- Transport costs and all taxes, fees, and/or permits are the Buyer's responsibility.
- BES reserves the right to charge appropriate load-out fees, based upon the item(s) sold.
- All payments shall be made in US funds, and shall be received by BES prior to load out of any property.
